Job Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns
Monitor vital signs and administer medications as per protocols
Assist in neonatal resuscitation and emergency procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the NICU team
Educate and support parents regarding newborn care
